A Winter Visit to Poland?

Hi,

I visited Poland for the first time this past summer, and now I have an opportunity to spend Christmas with a family in a small village about 1 1/2 hours (by local train) south west of Poznan. I'm wondering if there are some "winter must see's", you know things that are just way better in the winter. I don't ski (yet) so I'm not sure that would be the best use of my time. Any thoughts or suggestions on a winter visit would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I think for most people Poland in winter isn't very fascinating. Especially if you don't like winter sports..

I like the way that PL looks in the winter, but I snowboard :) If you like B&W photography it's also nice.
