Never heard of them David. I would check in to what organizations they belong to.
I am a student tour operator in the US and am hesitant about other companies on the web. There are several organizations that they should have some sort of affiliation with (thus protecting your money). I didn't look around on their website long, but I didn't notice a mailing address and both toll free and local phone numbers. Any company that doesn't have that information on their website is too scary to use in my opinion.

I went on a tour of the Jewish area in Krakow with Cool Tours in January 2007. There were 2 other people on the tour with me, so it was more like a private tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost is the same regardless if there are 10 of you or the only one, and is very cheap in comparison to other tours. The guide even went out of his way to help the other couple at the end of the tour with details about catching a bus to another part of the city. I would recommend them any time.
