Wilda area of Poznan - to buy or not to buy

Hi ,

I'm looking at purchasing in a development in Poznan, its on Czeslawa street in the North of Wilda , it looks like it will come in around the 8000 / m2 mark for price. Any thoughts on the area in general? Its a short walk (around 10mins) to Place Andersia which would I hope be good for rentals but I realise Wilda isn't considered the best area in Poznan...

Any thoughts?

Sort of expensive - does it require a lot of renovation?

to buy or not to buy

Rather not.

Extremely expensive for a crappy area. No parking around there either so unless it comes with parking I would question the value of it.

Thanks for the replies - its a new build so no renovation , there is underground parking available at an extra cost.

Grzeforz_ - any reason for your comment , is it based on the area or the city in general?

Thanks,

spg
