Hello again... I got this strange statement from an agency, I'm interested in a little dom they have to rent. I understand the literal meaning but I just dont get it, do you?

Email track:

agency: Yes this hous is available both ther are living bulding stuff if you dont bother that.

me: living bulding stuff? I don't know what you mean with that?

agency: In part of this hous are living people who work on constuction

I understand that this house is now occupied by some guys from the construction, but is he asking me if I bother sharing the house or what? I dont get it...

yep, some guys, maybe doing work on the house are also living there. he is asking if you mind staying while they are working on it. they might possibly be living somewhere in the house if they are from out of town.

you are damnly fast answering.

so like that... this is really weird for me, I'm not a picky person but no way I will share the house with the building staff. It's a pity as I really liked the little dom :(

Txs!

Maybe ask them how long they will be there for?

If you have contract that say you rent the whole house, you can turf them out. Its not your problem....unless they want to pay have the rent;)

The advertisement of the house for rent probably attracted your attention as it seemed quite cheap comparing to other. Yet, there was a catch - housemates from construction.

You made a right decision - sharing a house with them would be a disaster. Construction guys are the biggest rednecks of all....
