Alright i was born in poland in gdansk, and my parents and i moved to canada when i was 7 years old, i now am 26 years old and havent went back im sure its alot different there now, i was wondering how much is it to buy a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment? ive been searching and they seem cheap are all these scammers? i dont know what to trust i dont know what sites are trelling the truth, if anyone has any please let me know the sites with realstate for sale in poland, as well as cars for sale in poland, i would really appreciate it, if you go to property-abroad there are prices of $32,000 euros, for a brand new 1 bedroom aparmtent, which is hard to beleive for me. check them out for yourself,

Hi NvMySi, Yes, i would be inclined to believe that you would not get an apartment for 32,000... this is one estate agents website which has properties in the area you are looking for. Have a look to compare prices.

Regards,
vincen

Hi,

try the following websites:

krn.pl
tabelaofert.pl
oferty.net

32k euros seems unrealistic; however i suppose it depends on the location and size of the apartment.

You can buy new 1 bedroom apartments, approx 40kms from Gdansk area for around that mark. Approx 35-40 sqm. in size. But, this excludes any internal finishes. So you will need to arrange for installation of kitchen, bathroom etc. see the link in english.

you can buy mine for 399000 PLN. Its in Warsaw, though, not Gdansk, but you may want to consider moving to where the action is.

1st fix plumbing is there. Floors are screeded, and walls are finished - painted white. Thats it. The rest you do yourself.

To Answer your question fast: Much too much.

Places in Warsaw, especially in Ursynow (where' they're throwing up blocks left and right) are high too. But these are new, quality apartments and are much roomier and up to western standards.
