What is your oppinion? Is it really worth buying flats in Poland for rent, knowing that Poles are not the most flexible nation - usually they live with parents till they finish education, which may last till they are 25, then they can't afford buying/renting so they go abroad :) to earn money.

If not they take morgage but won't spend too much on renting,
If they have to rent - this most often will be students looking for cheap flats
Who will rent the most expensive ones, on offer from developers?

Students who rent are usually from out of town. If the universities built more accommodation you would lose this part of the market.
Don't think about students. Think about renting to business people.

exactly. rent your properties to big companies who open their branches in other cities and need appartments for the workers. it's the best thing you can do. wishing you all the best!

Ola,

Do you have any such corporate tenants looking? I have a house that we would like to rent from September. We will also be looking as soon as we arrive in a couple of weeks to purchase a house in Orlowo. If you would like to help us, let's meet around July 24th or so. Please contact us via email at arkkaz@sbcglobal.net with your email address and I will give you our Polish number.

Thank you!
