By buying a house with plenty of land, does this circumnavigate Polish regulations about not being able to buy Polish land
Buying house with a lot of land - Polish regulations?
not to my knowledge
if i understand u, "u mean can i buy big house with big land?" :P yea if u just wonna buy land and build house and big garden on it u can do it without problems, but if u wonna buy big land to make some kind of buisness on it like market, farm, factory i belive u need some nod from local authority. atm we have here (in Poland) some problems with Common Agricutural Policy(CAP). Anyway its long way to make some buisness on polish grounds even if U are Pole.

You need permission from the Ministry of Agriculture (Ministerstwo Rolnictwa).
But when does a "big garden" become a "plot of land" ?
If someone bought a dilapidated house with a large "garden" would it be difficult to demolish the house and develop the land ?
Is this likely to be a cheaper and less bureaucratic option that simply buying some building land in the first place ?

i have two plots of land with buildings on them - i would have needed permits for both but bought them via my polish associate to negate this need
