At least our Russian friends seem to like this approach.
Current financial crisis, bad news from the Moscow stock markets (mostly closed) and in general pains of life can be mildened with words of prophecy.

One of the popular predictions about Russia is that when the permafrost thaws and the floods come, nothing will survive on Earth but Russia.
The climate will change and Russia will occupy the best inhabitable zone.
Plus, Russia is predicted to herald in world peace and flourish in the face of good fortune.

The Bulgarian star prophetess Vanga's predictions are balsam for Russian souls:
"Everything melts away like ice yet the glory of Vladimir, the glory of Russia are the only things that will remain. Russia will not only survive, it will dominate the world."

Vanga already predicted some other events of the world history like the Chernobyl disaster, tragedy of Kursk, Russia in the G-8 and more.

So listen to me folks:
It's time to learn Russian and play balalayka - the Russians are coming and take it for granted, it's not the Brighton Beach sort of them.

I hope it will be Privislenskii Kray (the old Russian name for the Polish province of the Russian Empire) lol.

I have seen the end, no one is spared not even rats, theres only russians floating around in complete void.
