Well... Even if they are right about this character impacting on kids, surely they should worry more about violence in cartoons disensitizing children to gratutious acts of aggression. I dont know if I agree with either theory - just a thought.
By the by, there have been violent and gay characters in children's stories since the dawn of.... actually, I should add, the Bible is a good source of such unpleasantly violent and/or homosexual stories, although I wonder how many of us would kick up such a fuss abour reading them to children....
He might know, but thanks to the latest Pope's written advice to priests on how to silence and hush up such.... falls from grace, the preist ensures that he keeps the matters closed to the public and his zipper open (interesting how those with such a stong connection to God still have still base, disgusting urges)
