Things like these MUST be sorted out before you try to promote a place. I am NOT saying that these things happens everywhere in Poland.
Exactly, that is the point. Before anyone can responsibly design any strategic solutions for promoting aims, we must get to know what the image of the country is and what is spoiling it. The cognitive aspects are of the same importance as the "real" - i.e. if a low quality of touristic services discourages people to visit a country. The more we can get from such surveys, the better we can prepare ourselves to make a good job in promoting the country abroad.
