hi all,

a young German band i'm friends with is thinking of touring Europe next year. Does anyone have suggestions where they could play (clubs, bars etc) anywhere in Poland?

I heard Katowice and surroundings is THE place for music?

check out the band i'm talking about:

loonataraxis.de (all in German) or for a taste of their music:
myspace.com/loonataraxis

looking forwards to your replies

Listen to "Halber Mensch" by Einsturzende Neubauten and imagine it in English....

hehe, sure, i don't like kraftwerk, laibach or rammstein in english but this is specific, industrial music and harsh german language fits perfectly.

Halber Mensch

true, but ...

Einsturzende Neubauten

...what about sabrina? can't imagine this song in german

german is the language of war and industry imo :)

I could. But "Blume" sounds the best in the French version.

But it works quite well in opera, too...

german is a crap language for music. full stop.

allow for exceptions, such as selig or rammstein or neubauten .... but as a general rule, german lyrics usually suck. :o)

thanks for the location-links!!
