Polish Man tries to Rob Bank with a Spoon.....???

WARSAW (Reuters) - A would-be bank robber held a teaspoon to the neck of a cashier pretending it was a knife, a Polish news website said Tuesday.

But Gazeta.pl said the two women behind the counter at the bank in the southern Polish city of Lublin Monday were not fooled, and scared the man away with their screaming.

Police have compiled a photo-fit of the suspect.

I've heard this story once about a guy in the US who was robbing a gas station, took the money and told the cashier to give him a bottle of whiskey as well, and the cashier said he didn't believe the guy to be over 21. So the genius showed him his ID.

Some English guy robbed a bank with what he said was a gun hidden under a carrier bag....turned out it was a banana.....Silly sod might as well have used a real gun , because when he was caught , he got the same sentance as he would have done for a real gun.... The judge decided that he had put the same fear into the bank staff as he would have done if he had a real gun..... eight years in jail for a hold up with a banana ....silly man...

Lots of people go into Polish banks with a gun..but its not to rob them , merely to fend off the Babcias that try to jump the que...

Well, anyone can make a mistake now and then.

I would seen it as a logical solution. Tie up the safe and take with with you. Takes time to blow up a safe if it's good quality. (If your god damn strong)

and blow up the guards! Definatly nobody to halft you then adn everyone else would be petrified to even mention you ;)

Who the hell substitutes a small teaspoon for a knife? Couldn't he find one? This guy fails at life.....I feel sorry for him.

Perhaps his eyesight is not so good....had a grope around in the cutlery drawer for a knife , and got a spoon by mistake....easy done...!

say no more.... My sister married a guy with ginger hair...a great guy , but the ginger hair did worry her...she always said if any of the kids had ginger hair she was going to abandon them...neither of them did...Her husbands hair is now white...

idiots, they were not fooled? fools, whats up to you, a poor was trying to get some money from the rich. their screams were awarded by some good money? i dont think so. fools.

it seems he fooled everybody with a simple spoon. must be enough fun for him. there are some whose homes are jails. when they are released they do some simple things to return homes for free spoons of meals and drinks. for them, outside is full of fools.

A 6 foot 7 bank robber.

And one that went into the bank with a note demanding all the money, then leaving the money went home to find the police waiting for him. The note was written on his electricity account. All true.

Is this three different people..or the same one...? I imagine a six toot transvestite with bad breath is going to be easy enough to narrow down...?
