Hi,

I watched the show and thought that Poland did well to get fourth place, although i found the commentary by the English dance judges hillarious as they kept repeating how they couldn't understand why UK were not getting more points !! They made fun of Switzerland not getting any points but they didn't fair much better !

For some reason UK has this idea that they are best at most things .... :o)

My wife and I always watch the Celebrity Come Dancing ... both English and Polish versions, and overall the Polish dancers are better by a mile !

thats fine, they wernt even english, one was scandanavian the other a new zealander.
It is always cringeworthy though watching UK television and getting the impresion from the presenters that people in the uk are only ever interested in contestents from the uk,very anoying when they often speak absolute tosh. I didnt watch euro dance( cant stand the silly faces and lack of soul in ballroom, give me Gene kelly tap dancing anyday) but from eurovision, song for europe, the anglo centric nature of the broadcasts get on my nerves,"we" have had absolutly god awfull contestants for years now but still ages is wasted on interveiws with them and no other acts,countrie4s get a look in,unless they are freeky oddities like that ukrainian bloke ....

Should there be a Eurovision Drinking Contest?

Isnt one of them in operation called "Octoberfest" in Germany LOL

but i did not know of any dance contest

It was the 1st ever one last night nothing was on tv and i thought what the hell ... some routines were crap ... but with dancing its the choice of music and the dance that goes with it that wins ... plus all the dancers were not professional ones (one of the rules)

To follow in the footsteps of the Eurovision Song Contest,
all the drinks would have to be alcopops.
The UK entrants would have to be all Aussies and Kiwis, but still somehow lose.

I even saw that part of the show on television. The Polish girl dancer is really nice and is a famous actress in Poland and plays a part in M jak Milosc, she is the wife of one of the two twins named Zdunski.

- Who cares what you ogle, oinker-pretending- to-be-an-Englishman?

re: For some reason UK has this idea that they are best at most things

- I've never noticed that myself. I've rather seen humility - too great humility - in the UK, especially in England. And yes, in many 'Eurovision' contests, such as the song contest, the Brits have been discriminated against. The European contests are ridiculous - all the national and 'ethnic' interests clashing, all the bunching up and mobbing - for example, the 'Scandinavians' sticking together, the 'West' against the 'East,' and the like. It's all repulsively politicised crap. And yes, no nation - not just in Europe, but in the world - has greater rock/pop music and dance than the Brits.

Cyprus always votes and gives its 'douse points' to Greece and vice versa and also I noticed in the last European Song Contest that all of Eastern Europe also voted for each other so it obviously reflects something in human nature.

she is the wife of one of the two twins named Zdunski.

I remember now that in the show, M jak Milosc she is called Kinga!

Generally, the Scandinavians are not so bad as some of the others in this regard.

- Wow, the kosher oinker-pretending-to-be-an-Englishman attempts to present itself not only as the expert on English essay writing, but also as the expert on 'Eastern European' and 'Scandinavian' Eurovision voting!

Oink-oink, oinker. What else will you oink about hoping human beings will take it seriously?

- The oinker-pretending-to-be-an-Englishman quoting itself?

Isn't it pathetic?

But, of course, oinkers have no shame, no honour....
