i had surgery to enhance my boobs last year, and they look and feel natural, like before, only bigger ! I was just fixing something which was annoying me...and they are not so big so DO NOT feel like footballs ;) my Polish fiancee has never said anything bad about them....although if he did I think I would bite him hehehehehh
at the end of the day, the choice to have any surgery / hair colour / fashion is up to the individual girl/boy and who cares if people have a negative opinion? If something makes you happy then do it - as long as it's legal of course ;) and screw them who are so closed minded as to judge !
but as for the way they feel, i must admit I hear many enhanced boobs feel hard, but if you go to a good surgeon and are prepared to invest money into it, they feel only a little bit firmer than before, but not too much x x x x
People who think vain cosmetic surgery is ridiculous and dangerous are not the one's with issues.
It is an extreme version of buying a fake Gucci purse...but it can kill and harm you. Comparing a boob SURGERY to hair dye or clothing is INSANE.
I am glad they exist though because it tells me who to avoid. Any woman with that much insecurity won't be pleasant in the long term....ANNND expensive.
The exception being reconstructive work after cancer etc...there is a clear reason for that.
I personally would never consider it im happy with what i got i am what i am and if people dont like it then they dont need too look at me they can turn the hell around :)
'Fixing' one's appearance is understandable if it's painless, takes a little time and doesn't cost a lot. Like a hair dye, doing make-up etc. But sacrificing so much just to look sexy - that's sick.
Back to the topic: people in Poland are to poor for plastic surgery to be widespread.

In Brazil most people are too poor, but it is popular there, even amongst... especially amongst those who can't afford it. Source: some program I heard on the radio about 3 years ago.
Funnily enough, in Poland you can get a face-lift type procedure where thin gold threads are inserted into the skin, like some kind of internal scaffolding. Have oly ever seen this in Poland.
