Jonny, you must have legal status in some country...Whay country are you a citizen of?..
if Mexico, then maybe she can get a visa to visit there, while you sort things out...consult
the Polish consulate or embassy in Mexico City to discuss possibly visiting Poland with
your girlfriend...if you are wanted on some criminal charges, and this is the problem, then you will probably just screw up this young woman's life...also, maybe you could learn some Polish.

I did some research and I found out that Mexicans don't need a visa to visit Poland. I might be wrong. Maybe the page that I found was mistaken. Of course, I would have to go to Mexico first, and go to Poland from there. I can't do that from here (US) since I'm not a citizen. I'm still researching to see once in Poland what are my chances of going to school and work at the sime time. Any comment?

Im curious..
Did they enter the Us legally..?
If so.
Can you appeal to immigration on those grounds..??
As a Minor your not legally responsible.
But now you are..

No I can't. My sister and brother are legal residents. My sister is in process of becoming a citizen. Once she is a citizen she can apply to make my parents and I legal residents. My parents would get their residency in less than 2 years. ME? It would take 13 years get resedency. I can't wait that long. What I know is that she can apply for me even If I'm living in another country.

Why will it take them 2 years.. And you 13.?
If your sister applies for all 3 of you..
Wont it happen at the same time..?

I dont know.. Im just curious..

That's just the way it is. The process to get brother to brother takes longer. I don't know why. "home is where you want to be" in this case I want to go home : )

hey Jonny, I respect you and undertand how difficult it is and how US immigration laws are so tight.

well if it is true that Mexicans are allowed to visit Poland on as a tourist without a visa, then do that. and if she's willing to help ya out , then she will .

so you should go there, and you marry there in Poland, then in your Mexican passport you will get a stamp saying that you're a PL resident, married to a Polish citizen which allows you to work/live with the same rights as any other Polish in the UK because you will be married to her.

good luck man, I hope it works out for you, and the woman turns out all what she was sayin and not a c*nt of a woman.

PS: MEXICAN GIRLS are NICE

Mexicans are allowed to whole European Union without visa for a maximum period of 90 days, of course based on the principle you will be here as a tourist.

Some countries can ask you further questions when you try to enter, like UK or Germany, because they had experience of people entering like tourists and staying.

Im mexican, with legal status in European Union, when I get visits from friends from Mexico they never had need visa. Only countries you need visa for in Europe as a mexican are: Ukraine, Belarus and Bosnia Herzegovina (which are basically not-EU members).

In my personal experience, when I traveled to London with a friend, even when you don't need a visa, you are being asked questions like: where and how long are you going to stay, show reservations from hotels, show your ticket or reservation to go out of UK. I have traveled all around EU (around 15 different countries) and this happened to me only in UK. In other countries they just see your passport very detailed, because its not so common for a polish officer lets say, to see a mexican passport.

I dont want to give you illegal ideas, since Im also against illegal stuff, but once you get in the EU, only thing u need to renew your 90-day period is to go out of the shengen area, lets say, cross the border to Poland or Rumania. In any case Poland will be in schengen area in january 2008, so that means you must travel longer to get out EU, and get in again with a 90-day period for tourism.

Of course neither of the options mentioned entitle you to work anywhere in the EU, and this is not US where you can survive with spanish and/or english everywhere you go. If you want to make your way in Poland, you must learn some polish at least.

My advice to you: get legal somewhere (preferably in Mexico), come as a tourist, marry your polish girl in Poland and stay in Poland until you get your residence (3 years). And please, try to be legal!

You are encouraging illegal Mexican immigration to Poland...we have a big problem with that in the US...did you notice that I asked this guy what country he was a citizen of, and whether he was wanted on criminal charges anywhere?...he didn't answer...if he

is the child of a Mexican legally in the US, then he is automatically a US citizen...if he is
born in Mexico, then he is a Mexican citizen...but he won't answer.

I'm just encouraging him to do things right, what I wrote its completely legal.

I'm not sure if he is a felon or something, that's not my business anyways.

And if he comes to Poland, wouldn't you be satisfied to have one less illegal mexican in U.S. territory? :)

There will be 100 more to replace him in 24 hours...I don't really have any facts & figures
on illegal immigration to Poland...maybe someone can give some insight/info on this problem in Poland.

I thank you Olito, for your advices. Yes, Joepilsudski, He is not doing nothing illegal.
If I ever go to Poland, it will be in a legal way. Sometimes you don't choose the way things happen. Circumstances make you take extrem decisions. I was brought here when I was a kid. My parents chose for me. If I could fix my situation believe me everybody I would do it.

Thanx again Olito

have you found any new information Jonny?

Just that I have to marry my girlfriend and stay in Poland for three years to get residency. I'm a volunteer Spanish teacher here in the States. Now I'm trying to see if I can go to school in Poland to teach Spanish/English

Hi Jonny,

You may find some useful support at the Ageless Love Forum. This message board gives support to people who happen to have fallen for someone older or younger. The site also has a long distance relationship section with encouragement and tips to keeping things going while apart.

Many need to emmigrate to finally be together. I have not seen anyone from your respective countries, but the group is supportive of all the stuff you go through to make it legal.

go back to mexico and get a MEXICAN visa

fly to England and hope they let you in the country

fly to Poland and marry your Polish girlfriend

you'll probably have to fly back to Mexico and wait for the marriage VISA thingy to process. Once it does,

fly back to poland as a mexican pole

p.s. Sounds like you're an adult now, so stop sucking off the hard working tax payers in the USA

hard working tax payers in the USA

it would be better to give the tax money to people like him than spend the money in silly wars like your government does all the time.

Well, I am Polish who married Mexican gril. Both living in USA with ligal status. I know what does it mean to be in love. My question for you is as follow: As Mexican citizen you need visa to UK? yes or no.

Polish immigration law is complicated. You may mary her but it will take some time for you to be able to travel in Europe without problems. First of all, you will get, let say green card but it only allows you to stay in live in Poland. All other countires that are part of EU will ask you to aplay for visas; beacuse you are not Polish citizen. So, there is not easy way. Anyway good luck!!!.
