Polish Writers' Association - did it rise again?

I read that the Polish Writers' Association (ZLP) that was founded about 1923, was dissolved in 1983 by the authorities.
Did it re-establish itself?

I wrote them on April 10, but as I received no reply assumed that maybe the address was faulty.
