Questions about life in Gdansk (last ten years)

Hi Folks.

I'm after a bit of help here. I'm looking into life in Gdansk specifically in the last 10 years. I am using sources on the Internet but I thought there might be a chance for some input from members here as I know some of you live or work in Gdansk :)

At the moment what I need to know is this;

* What would be a good/affordable neighbourhood/area to live in if you (for example) owned a construction company? And would you have lived there 10 years ago?

* Where is the nearest general hospital to that neighbourhood?

* In the late 90's what would be the air route from UK to Gdansk if you were leaving from London?
