A friend of mine told me about an excellent polish emplyee he had who did phantastic craftwork only when he was drinking.When he did not drink,he could not work at all.
Other Poles he knew appeared to be the same and never got drunk despite heavy drinking.So maybe it is better for an employer to let them drink or not?
