Why are the Poles picked on there is no reason to do this to them

hi I have alot of respect for the Polish people they been through so much. why are people making fun of them picking on them and think bad stuff about them.

I see Polish culture as very beautiful and the Polish language very beautiful I am trying to learn it.they are hard working people very moral and trying to be good people.

I wish I was Polish.

Yeh I would tend to agree with Amirah. I llive in UK, where every other person walking down the street seesm to be Polish. My boyfriend is Polish (my 2nd Polish b/f) and here I think some British people feel threatened by their morals, their strong work ethic etc.

There are more opportunities for muliticulturalism and the British have to stop being so ignorant

What makes you think Polish people are picked on? I always thought it was the other way around.

exactly what has the average Pole aged around 25 been through that is so different to anyone else? Just because a country has been through"so much" doesnt mean its people are somehow to be given a free ride through life.

becuase I hear of it and I know Polish history becuase I am smart. stupid American make fun of them and so do other countries.

R some people might think that todays Poles have no moral but the ones back then come to USA for a good life. and still today becuase of not alot of money they try to go and make a better life for themselves. good subject here we can talk about. by the way we like the British people I been to your country I love it London is my favorite city.

you guys are really nice and kind hearted people they helped us out there when we got lost. we thinking of moving there.I am half British from my mother side of the family.

slick I know certain countries but not Poland have come and make more money and treat us bad and have better jobs then us.I ask why are we made fun of as well.

I would not say that polish people get to be picked on more than from any other country... Yes, there is a lot of jokes about poles out there.... but also Russians get to be picked on... or Mexican in us. Or american in canada, mexican.... you can probably find much more. About whom are the jokes in in Australia? Never heard one...

well polish people are very passionate i.e when respected, loved, in a good mood they are so adorable, however cross them and they are scary ( will put you in your place)

- Amirah, in Europe it's a bit different, but in America there is the tribe of piggies that have been besmirchng us Poles for over a century. I do not mean here Americans, let alone decent Americans like yourself. It's just the tribe repeating hateful messages in this or that form, and fooling Americans, and making many of them Polonophobic. The piggies have their reasons for doing this. As I said, in Europe it's a bit different (but not very different); the piggies generally try not to be as vulgar as they are in America; they hide this vulgar side from the Europeans (for the sake of their own piggies' image).

Lots more can be said about all this.
