She wouldn't tell me when I asked her. She's not willing to tell anyone either, as the guy is a long-time friend and her ex, but I'm not willing to let this **** go without retribution.

My question is, you were looking for her in another thread and she finally shows up....are you sure she wasn't where she wanted to be (with her ex). Somethings just don't add up if you ask me.

Suffice to say, she didn't really want to be there, but had promised his mother (who she's friends with) she'd stay for a few days (she doesn't like breaking promises, to say the least). Anyway, I just wanted to make sure it was illegal before looking into how to deal with it...you never know what kind of crazy laws places can have.

But I have never so far heard or read that forcefully making a girl to sleep with you in bed, then attempt to rape her be a legal matter.She wouldn't tell me when I asked her. Maybe she wanted it at the time and regrets it now and just doesnt want to talk about it and wants to be with you but trying to make here mistake look like she had no choice.Either way - its her you need to talk to you frankly.
