The cost of kindergardens in Poland

Any 1 got any idea how much it costs monthly to have a child in Kindergarden in Poland? I will be close to Gdansk if that matters...

I found out that in certain private (called 'non-public') K/g you will pay 600 zl for entry and 480 zl/month afterwards. I don't know about prices in public ones.

My little one is starting in September. The cost is 180 PLN per month and this includes a meal during the day.

Gosh this is incredibly cheap. I was paying 550zl 5 years ago.

Actually Lilly, I got it a little bit wrong. After talking to my other half when she got got home, I was informed that it is 150 PLN per month and that includes 3 meals per day!!!!

I am in a village in Southern Poland, so, I have no idea about the cost in larger cities?

Before holiday we paid about 250 zlotys for a state kindergarten in Krakow every month, with 3 meals every day.
Private kindergartens charge much more, prices start from 500 zlotys.

Is kindergarten now called zerówka? It used to be przedszkole.
