Hi! I and my husband are going to Brazil for our holiday this year and we are planning to do some road trip there. Does anyone know if Polish Driving License is valid abroad or just inside of EU? It will be pretty tough if I will have to drive alone the few thousands kilometeres we are plannind to cover.

check with the Brazilian driving regulation office - I am no sure what it is called. There is also an option of getting an international driving licence either in UK or in Poland, whichever is more convinient for him and that should cover him for the vacation period. You need to check his options out.
Believe me or not but I`ve already called everywhere I could. They gave me several answers, all of them differ form each other. First they said it`s valid for 3 mth, then they said I would have to ask for an international one, and so on.
I wanted to know if someone had such situation because I don`t have a clue where else I can look up for information.
