Romanian one is better. They have more possibilities for falsification. They can give Romanian assports to everybody who lived in Moldova and Bukowyna before 1940 and it is not so expensive to fabricate a grandfather born in one of these places. Nobody may discover falsification.

Poland is quite a different case because it doesn't gives citizenship to to all people whose ancestors were Polish cirizens before 1939

What is known for today about future Sertificate (Karta) of Pole?

citizens of Russia Ukraina, Bielarus ... with Polish origin will gain more laws, as visa for free, studing on PL universities as Poles, cheaper train tickets, free tickets to Polish museas, in some cases health care for free ...

You can of course buy a Polish passport just like you can buy everything in Poland like a driving license. simply pay your money and wait a week or so and it should be ready. We have many such people coming in to England now with these fraudulent documents. The Poles will sell anything for a price-even their own grandmothers even though they all trudge all the way to church on a Sunday!

And you know this, and can prove it! (For a fact) HOW?

Polish origin... What does it mean? That their ancestors were RP citizens (Poles, Litwins, Jews) or that they were ethnical Poles?

What does this document mean?

It will give very similar rights to those citizens have.

There are still hesitation what does the term Pole means in such documents. I may have right to such document and all papers that my Grandfather's both parents were Roman Catholics that spoke Polish and documents about their ancestry since 17 century.

But no sign they were Poles. They all were only from Lithuanian little szlachta and never lived in Crown (I didn't manage to find even the only document connected with their life within the Crown. Althoug they migrated a lot, all the places were Lithuanian.

Is only Bialostok belongs to my historic Fatherland?

- And now the Orwellian hog pretending-to-be English is playing an authority on Polish passports, Polish trade, as well as illegal immigration to the UK. All at the same time! What versatility. Does the piggery still stand in one piece or has got blown asunder along with the sow, litter, and manure?

Puzzler forgive Michal. He is from the land fogs and rains are frequent. Brits are a little disappointed in everything. I think many things in UK also indignate him

You'd better give me explication where my historical Motherland is. Polish-speaking ancestors that were never residents of the lands today Poland as well as former Crown?

That is a very interesting case:
For Luthuania my ancestors aren't Lithuanians, for Bielarus they aren't bielorussians for Poland they are Poles despite the fact they always lived away from Poland in Lithuania and Bielarus.

Well ours in the UK is not much better according to the the annual survey of EU healthcare undertaken by Health Consumer Powerhouse. You would have thought that a country that is so rich would be able to better manage its health service and not have such a bad result in Europe.

I have just been reading your story and it must be terrible being away from your child, I know how I would feel if I was in your place.

However, I think you need to take a deep breath and look at what you are doing here, if you are caught then you will go to prison and your child will be deported back to Pakistani.

Is there no way you can play it through the legal system?
Even if it takes a year or two surely, it is better to have everything legal no!

I know it is easy for someone to comment on this when they are not in your shoes, but try to re-evaluate the situation and formulate a plan of action.

I really hope it works out for you, whatever you do!!

you seem to hate Britain so much that it makes one wonder why you would want to come back here, centrainly not for anything but your own gain. I for one, hope they dont let you back in, I have nothing against decent Pakistani people, but from your own admission you have been actively flouting the law by using false documentation, you have admitted to wanting to buy a fake passport and have made jokes about terrorism, which are in pretty poor taste.

You cannot acquire Polish citizenship by marriage, however, you can get a spouse visa if you marry the girl. You can apply for Polish citizenship to the President of Poland after living in Poland for more than 5 years.
