instructions for the radom polish sewing machine help!

Hi everyone, I simply don t have anyone to ask. I have one old sewing machine called Radom, it works well, and I m using basic stitches for years, but it has so many additional stuff I can t use because I don t know how to. Anyone has idea how can I find the manual in English or Polish? I don t know what type is it, it s written: Zaklady metalowe im-gen-waltera Radom
