Good Gym's in Poznań?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, Can anyone reccomend a good gym in Poznań that isn't full of BMW 316 driving shaven headed weirdo's? I've been to a few and felt quite unsafe, Any in hotels which offer outsiders membership etc?

It is out near Polanka/near malta lake. Right at the stop for tram 5, 16, 17 and 1. Recently open and very nice. Only a samll weights area to keep out those individuals you describes.

Gymnasion you might like to consider. They have clubs all over Poland.

I am going to the Olympic Centre here in Warsaw and I am really satisfied.
Clean, normal people.... only the music is pretty horrible :) But my MP3 player helps me there :)

And they are expensive enough to keep the tattoo scum outside.
Most people there are coming anyway on company-sponsored subscriptions.

So, recommended.

It is just a decent, clean and peaceful gym. If they only could change the dreadful music... :)

chick's gym - gym for chicks (depending for context it might mean that only girls can exercise there or no real pudzian-like man would go there ;-)

The remplus place previously mentioned has good reviews from people, so it's probably worth checking it out. I haven't been personally, though.

I thought it was just for women but I've just checked and it looks like you're right - Gymnasion is for men and women. Well, for people who like cardiopilates boxercise and yoga salsa spinning classes :)

Well it is a great gym without any scum or macho's. Gotta check out that cardiopilates thing though - sounds fascinating :)
In the meantime I am doing there my running on the cardio a few times per week and that is fine by me :)

I used to go to nautilus in Poznan, I think thats what its called, and I found it to be really nice =)

Hi . i used to be a member of Nautilus and it is a nice gym and would recommend it. i changed to REmplus purely based on location as it is down the road from me.

How much is remplus out of curiosity? I keep passing it every day on the tram and I've finally decided to actually do something about it...and sign up somewhere :P
