Is it possible to change or extant my visa?

Hello,
I have a question if i am in polnad with short term visa (2 months)

Is it possible to change my visa to a long one ? or extant it to cover my stayment?

(for example if i got a job or attended to a unviersity or any other important reason)

there is possibility, but u need to find someone who will give u work and than u r tryin to get wor permit and temporary residence card. but to get that card u need to put your folder not less than 45 days before your visa will expired.

And of cours it depends from what kind of visa u have now.
