Tobacco allowances to bring to Poland - now changed?

As it's 2009 now, is it right that if you are travelling back from Poland that you can bring 3200 cigs as well as the 3 kg of rolling tobacco with you?

I know the eu dictators in Brussels were considering scuppering this directive. Anyone know for sure? We go over next week for 7 days of icebox fun in Olecko, Mazury ;)

I think that since 2009 there are the same rules like between EU15 countries (they used to be more restrictive) but I'm not sure If that's 3200... Once I read something about 800...

Funny thing is that customs treat you like criminals even when you work within their guideline limits. Guess I'll just fill my case and take the risk.
