What is the procedure of applying resident card in Poland (Gorzow) ?

I came from China, and I have been working here for about 3 months with one-year work visa, but I can't go to visit other EU country without the Schengen visa.

I heard that if we get the resident card we can go to visit the Schengen courtries without any other visa.

Does anybody here know the procedure of applying resident card in Poland (Gorzow city)?

You have to go to the town hall. I am a foreigner living in Poland too and I live in Gorzow Wlkp (although i am british) - you get information from the town hall on the street where the cathedral is.

IN POLAND THEY WANT EVERY ONE HAVE A TOMPORARY RESIDENCE MUST STAY IN POLAND,
THE COUNTRY IS VERY POOR, AND THEY IS NOT HELP FROM COUTRY ABOUT LONGAUGE AND POSSIBILITY TO FINE A WORK FOR SOME NEW IN POLAND, AND PAPER THEY ARE SO HARD , OFFICES THEY LIKE PAPERS SO MUCH , MANY DEFUCULT ABOUT ADRESSE TOMPORARY ABOUT HOOM ,FLAT .

AFTER WHENE VISA IS FINISHES AND YOU GOT A CARTA YOU ARE IN HARD TIME , MANEY IS FINISHED , NO WORK , AND YOU ARE THINKING TO LEAVE POLAND TO ANTHER COUTRY FOR TO BRING SOME FEW MANEY,
