my parents are both polish can I get a Polish citizenship in Poland?
If your parents are Polish citizens then you already are a Polish citizen too... you need to apply for a passport, they will ask for some papers and that will take some time but will be much easier than in case of foreigners...
so this means that i can live in poland longer than 90 days right and do u know what kind of papers i need or the link thanks

You would need to enter on a Polish passport in order to be able to stay longer than 90days. If you enter on the Canadian one, its 90days only.
To get more info on what is required to get the PL passport, check out the site of the Poland embassy in Canada.

You can live in the whole EU as long as you want... but first you need some document to prove citizenship (so a passport in this case) and for that you need to prove that your parents are Polish citizens... I don't know details, use the search engine, there were similar topics on the forums.
