Hi Roger

An incredibly open question and I can only answer it with...

Anything that you meet all legal requirements (eg. licensing).

Do you have any more info to go on? Some way of narrowing it down?

I've got a story for you.

Would you believe that I went to register a company today and after waiting 20-ish minutes, I was in and out of the office within 3 minutes? They just wanted the form, my registration and passport, that's it :/

you don't want to open a business in PL unless you are willing to be put through hell with all the formalites, stupid forms, regulations.

it's not so easy to just come here and start a business. many trips to many offices doing duplicate work. :S
