Hello everyone,

I run a company in Bulgaria. I will start a cooperation with polish company. The cooperation will be 100% online - I will not open a company or an office there. The payment will be via Wire transfer to my company bank account in Bulgaria.

I'd like to know do I need to apply to the local tax authority not to be taxed in Poland or it is not necessary if I dont run my business in Poland?

I asked in Bulgarian tax office but I didnt get any information.

I also would like to ask if you cant answer to tell me where I can get the answer.

Thank you

If the business isn't run in Poland then I don't think that you should pay any tax in Poland.

how much I can earn before I have to pay tax.

Something like 3000 PLN but employer should pay your taxes and then after you send PIT declaration you should get the tax back.
