Need info on "Komex"

Have any of you heard of a polish company named Komex (Przedsiebiorstwo Materialow Ogniotrwalych)? I am looking for positive and negative feedback. One of my friends will be doing some business with them here in US so he asked for my help. I've done my own research online but I still need to know if this company is as big and successful as they seem. Thanks!

I don't know but It looks quite serious.

There are "wywiadownie gospodarcze", which can find informations about companies. That cost some money of course but If serious cash is involved then It's worth It sometimes.

ive never known experian give a credit report on a company before normally it is on an individual ... !

yes they do and they are very good, i'm dealing with international companies on a daily basis and do check every single one even if it is a well known company, most of the reports are just few clicks away, however it depends on country and size of the company...

in Poland you can use intelligence service from IBBC Information Brokers ibrok.pl. They use wide range of technics for information research about persons, companies and business background.

Komex is somewhere near Krakow and works closley with Mittal Steel. If i know correctly they refine the waste of Mittal steel and sell the steel part back to Mittal steel. They have about 800 employees and they are very strong. The management is Indian.
