Hi all,

I have a problem maybe not that open to discuss but I hope you guys who are willing to share experience.

I am working in a trading co in shoes/garment item. Doing some kinda export production. Now I met a polish importer who as buyer in poland. As you know now the market is weak. I want to get continuous and order from this guy. So I am thinking whether i should talk to this guy in secret and in person. Whether i can send some proposition of money to his personal account every time when he place order to me. I guess 3% of the total amount should be attractive? Although I think this way is not quite decent but I know many people in Trading company do in this way. But I don't know whether polish people is ok with this way? I look for anyone who have idea about this. Thank you.

Hello,

I am sure he/she will be happy to take your money. It is a common practice in trade business to give these kinds of provisions or bonuses. I would be carefull though, since Poland now a days is big on corruption and bribes. If you send the money directly to his account, he will have to explain himself to the tax office. Safest way is to disclose it in a written contract between you and him.

Whatever, thank you again. BreslaubBart.

oh ,you could send his money by commission way ,and i think it is better you talk something to make the relationship between you two closer ,then he will believe you ,and the most important is you should produce high quality goods for him
