I only know few words in polish ........ I want them to think I'm polish ........ what are the things i should do or say , or the accent or anything that you will know that person is polish ?????????? like for example people from boston , massachussets in usa don't pronounce tyhe word '' r'' at the end of the word like for example for '' car '' the would say ''cah''.
btw can you teach how to say something really long in polish or like a conversation.
You might think i'm a weird girl but i'm just obssesed with polish people , they are pretty cool! and i just don't want them to know i'm not polish because that'd be really embarresing.
girl, trust me, they will know, hear and see you're not. so just tell them the truth if you want to call them your friends. friends don't lie. and friends also forgive. :) I know, it can be quite embarrassing, but it's only the right thing to do. :)
new year's resolutions and all that. :) happy new year to you too. :)
It's a interesting concept, but you can not fool anybody. If it was so easy to pretend to be of the same nationality, I could choose to be French one day...German another etc.
When I visit Poland, even I can not fool polish people, because once I open my mouth, I'm asked "Where are you from" - meaning "Where do you live"...

sweetheart... this obssession and resulting lies does indeed make you a little weird... you seem to have dug yourself a bit of a hole here which is nobody's doing but your own... tell your friends the truth and learn from this lesson...
you really should not pretend to be someone you arent hunnie ... always comes back upon you if you. if your friends cant except you for whom you are already with you lying then they arent really worth being friends with in first place.
I think that it is a fantastic idea! You should now have the need and motivation to have to learn to speak, read and write Polish like a native so as not to make a fool of yourself. Is there anything so special about being Polish?

"Straszna powódż w Szczebrzeszynie"- brzmi żartowniś chrząszczyk w trzcinie. Siadł chrząszcz dziadziuś na łodydze: "Gdzie ta powódź? Nic nie widzę!". Płacz, brzęczenie, lament w gąszczach, to chrząszcz różdżką grzmoci chrząszcza!

"Liar, liar, pants on fire, hang them up on telephone wire":) :) :)
why try to be something that you are not, maybe you want to fit in or want some extra attention from your friends. be proud of who you are and not prentending to be some1 else. i know a lot of people who would go to extreme extent to be able to fit in a group or get a bit of attention. but at the end its still not worth it. you will always remain who you are and no 1 can change that.

I understand what you're trying to tell the girl, but I disagree. You can learn things from others and gain new insights and perspectives. You can learn to either love or hate yourself, but also, how people personally treat you on a daily basis greatly affects your own social behaviour in the long run.
Everybody changes a little, with each day that passes by. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.
But I agree that it's not at all a good thing to pretend to be someone you're not. It doesn't help people around you, and maybe more important for the girl, it'll doesn't help yourself either.
You can learn things from others and gain new insights and perspectives.
i agree but changing oneself entirly to fit in so call group. is different. its just that people like you for who they want u to be and not for who you are.
What happens when someone says to you, "I met a Polish person yesterday and they told me the polish for 'this that or the other', what happens then? How are you going to know what to say? Or do you just say something like "from where I come from, we have a completly different dialect."
If you have started this nonsense now it will be difficult to go back on it now. There is a German expression 'liegen haben kurze beinen' i.e. lies will not get you very far.
