DON'T ask the Sky people

I wont do Wroclaw ... though if you do a search on internet for Astra satellites (whom Sky originate from) they will state they supply satellites but they dont

As far as I know you have to have a Polish address in order to get a legal subscription to either Polsat or Cyfra+. Of course, you can ask friends or relatives to subscribe a member, but the post-address should be in Poland.

There is a company in Berlin that offers Cyfra+ to foreigners living abroad, but be prepared to pay almost double prizes!

Or buy a Dreambox sat receiver and become a member of a spider network :-)

will have to make more enquires then as to receiving it. i have seen cyfra + dishes too!
