"Prześle" - which verb is that?

Hello,

This from an e-mail: "nie prześle mu Twojego zdjęcia".
I can't find the verb in the dictionary (prześlić, prześleć, prześlać?)
Was this correctly typed in the first place?
Shouldn't it have been "prześlę" (1st person singular)?

Thank you

if it was the 1st person singular and they forgot about the ę at the end, as prześle by itself is 3rd person singular. both of those are future tenses, originating from przesłać which means to send or to post

A good way to find out the infinitive form of verbs, nominative singular of nouns etc, is to look them up at the site sjp.pl

You can also try to look up words at gigadictionary.org. You may however find that many words were still not completed (this dictionary is created by its users.)

You can find full conjugation of "przesłać" here:
gigadictionary.org/search.jsp?ln=eng&exprid=161487

You can also take a look at the verb "przesyłać" which has the same meaning as "przesłać" but is of the imperfective aspect.

gigadictionary.org/search.jsp?ln=eng&exprid=385544

Good luck with learning!

Many Poles make mistakes like that one. Letters "ą" and "ę" are often ignored and replaced by "a" and "e".

Many people also pronounce ę as e if it's the last letter of a word.
