Nickname for Constance - correct spelling of "Kostusha" please.

Hello,

I am an American who grew up with four Polish grandparents. My grandmother from Swiatkowice called me Kostusha (I'm assuming a nickname or diminiative of Constance)...I don't know how to spell it...I have spelled it phonetically. Can someone give me the correct Polish spelling?

It's Kostusia in Polish (diminiative of Konstancja).

Thank you so much...I had a feeling I was misspelling it, and only recently thought it might have "sia" on the end, like Basia.
