Need help teaching a polish friend English

A polish friend of mine has asked me if I could teach her english because she wants to get better at it. She seems to understand it well enough as she seems to be able to understand me (who a lot of people, in english people find me hard to understand.)

What resources can I use to give me some ideas as to what to teach, I've never done this before so I'm looking for something that can give me guidance.

Theres some good things online, try onestopenglish.com and flo jo. maybe have a look in good bookshops ELT(english language teaching) dept, I dont know where u are but in London frinstance theres Blackwells on CHaring Cross Road, and also branches of Waterstones etc have a lesser selection.....:)

As it happens I am near London so I will try those book stores for sure.
