Love / I need advice - I just found out my Polish boyfriend in Ireland has a wife and children. [40]

i have been seeing a polish guy in Ireland for the lasy year. I was totally crazy about him. Last week he just informed me he has a wife and children in Poland. He wants to carry on the relationship as normal. I really love him but now i dont think i can be with him. Is it normal for Polish guys living away from home to be with other women? I am so tempted to staqy with him, but i guess i will be hurt in the long run. He is the best lover i have ever had.......are all polish men this good in bed????

What do u all think i should do? I wonder why he does not feel guilty about this?

now he has family, so you have to leave him alone. i know it's hard and difficult but by the time, you will find the best one for your partner in life not only best lover.

Law / HOW DO I REGISTER MY BUSINESS NAME IN POLAND? [17]

I am currently in the process of setting up a fast food business and I have to register the
company name, I understand its a SP ZOO or something like this but where can I get this from and how much roughly does it cost.

Also I have another question, which bank is best for a joint business account I have looked at MBANK and BGZ and they both look quite good but I thought you guys might know of others which might be better.

MILLENIUM BANK the best one. MBANK will do. but you know, to visit Polish Office you have to prepare your mental, but maybe you are Lucky later, will meet nice people and really know what they are doing. But maybe you will meet a people who have LITTLE power and they will make you alot of trouble(without sense), but this is because they don't really know what they are doing.DON'T FORGET TO DOUBLE CHECK, ANY INFORMATION YOU GET..! anyway Good Luck!!!!!

You might get charged the ecology fee (opłata ekologiczna) - 500 PLN

that's right. but now akcyza is 18.6% (OF THE MARKET VALUE IN POLAND)...so even in the Invoice let's say 65000EU , BUT IF IN POLAND the market value of the car is 80000EU, they will charge 18.6% of 80000EU NOT 65000EU. just week ago my friend register his car. IT'S FUNNY, CRAZY but well come to Poland.

exspecially between 3-6 in the morning

this Neighbour also have plenty of Rooster screaming every 30 minutes...

and now the smelt of their **** is spreading around

that's the problem... interupt me and some neighbour.. this stupid dogs wake us up in the middle of sleep, we can't have relax, we can't sleep well..

Witam everybody here,
i have "kind of problems".... i'm staying in Poland almost 1,5 year. i'm staying in Country area.. i like quite place.. but i have 1 neighbour who often change their dogs collection often, but never taking care of them. their last collection almost 2 months, they have dogs 4 or 5...they are barking all the time... exspecially between 3-6 in the morning...(simply they are hungry, neighbour don't give them food&put them outside behind their house and close to my flat)..and now the smelt of their **** is spreading around, and interupt me and other neighbour as well... this Neighbour also have plenty of Rooster screaming every 30 minutes... me and some other neighbours try to talk with the neighbour(but i do understand this neighbour unalphabet people, no education)but... is it normal like this in Poland? in Australia, you just make 1 call and 1 depart. will fix them off, and give them penalty...

i don't know how it work in Poland. can anybody tell me, what should i do, i don't think making report to POLICE is good idea.. because this is just civil matter? is there any institution who handle this kind of problem??. i prefer to do it peace full way, but this neighbour simply doesn't give ****!! thanks alot before for the advices. pozdrawiam

get cash from the Bank, and go to money changer, but you have to searching which the best one.. in Money changer you still can ask for better value.. than what they put on screen.. GOOD LUCK...

i open acc in Millenium Bank(the best bank in Poland).. in my opinion of course...
all you need as a foreigner is Passport..

I'm not so sure. There was a case of some students from Turkey studying in Wrocław who wanted to visit some friends in Germany (and were told they could by some office in Wrocław) but they got into trouble when stopped at the German border.

i'm not Poles, and i have my Polish Residence, i'm travelling EU with Polish ID, but i also need my passport.. sometimes bit take time while passing boarder, but the rule is with Polish ID you can travel EU but don't forget to keep your passport with you.

but abt TURKEY nationality,i don't know...
like in DOHA, while u just landed, in the plane, kind of Police taking a white people, to check their document(in my opinion rough)..but that's how it is

What do polish people do on Sundays? how do they spend their day with the family? do they go out all day? and if they go out where they go? any ideas of what to do in SZCZECIN? such big country with nothing to do

as far as i know... on Sunday, they like to drive around. that's why very popular called " SUNDAY DRIVER "... driving very slow often made traffic.

but in SZCZECIN? No idea...

My GF was really sad about this and told me that polish people who have $ r very very stuckup. She said that the vast majority of rich polish people are much more arrogant than their rich american peers. Is this true?

NOT ALL, but MOST of them...
there are many nice people in Poland not rude, very polite... but 1 between 1000

for information:
IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT RUDE PEOPLE IN POLAND, TRY TO GET IN TO OFFICIAL OFFICE/GOVERNMENT OFFICE...(you will never believe what you will see)

Poland will change.. but in my opinion, still need 2 generations...

I can give countless examples of how Polish workers work and are being treated abroad and in their own country when working for a foreign employer. It's a ripoff and violation of human rights, the way they are being treated.

THE WAY YOUR THINKING IS LIKE IN COMMUNIST TIME.... lol.....lol...
I DO RESPECT MY WORKERS, BECAUSE I RESPECT THEM... I NEED TO FIND BEST SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM, COZ IF I SACK HIM, IT WILL NOT GUARANTEE ME WILL GET BETTER ONE....

his kind of on his own... but i often took freelance to work... but if there are freelances, he is more lazy... no feeling to help one and another... what ever work, i have to tell him..... and show him... He saw some stuff need to be done... but he pretend not to see that... till i told him to do that.... HOPELESS in my opinion....

thank's Grzegorz_ :D ABSOLUTLY i agree with you... thats what i want re_mark on january... i intend to fire him... coz for me is out of question his behaviour... BUT his wife is pregnant... i tolerate that.... and try to make order... but if not work still, no choice have to suck him out...

thanks also jonni....BUT THIS GUY ABSOLUTLY NOT TYPICAL a WORKING HARD MAN... he only account every second of his zl... the most important also, not care with company he work with, BUT only care with his money.... :(

yes, exactly he works like in komunis time... if no body close to him, he will do the easy things... or doing nothing.. he don't have intention to work... i have to show him that he suppoused to do this and that.... i believe if he works for somebody else, they will sack him within 1week max... i will sack him too... after i made my rule he can't foloow that...

how much you pay for your worker in a building house?
is it so complicated to arrange workers from outside?
do you know where to get a capable worker? kind of job center?

stressna jestem tutaj... niewiem... he is bardjo trudno... lazy, very slowly.... like walking around, wasting time.... pick up mobile so often..yuppin through mobile around 5 minutes minimal.. and he pick up mobile every 30 minutes.... nie wiem... i may still lucky have him... my anti make renovation of her flat.. and she gave key to repair guys..and they came just to get drunk and sleep.. not working.....

COULD YOU PLEASE TO INFORM ME, WHERE AGENT OR PLACE TO FIND A CAPABLE WORKER..... ADDRESS OR MAYBE SITE I COULD CHECK....

Where I work, yes. We have very good ventilation
SO, YOU SPEND YOUR TIME TO SMOKE AND LIGHT YOUR CIGAR, MAY LOOSE 2 HOURS... AND YOU ASK YOUR BOSS TO PAY FOR THAT :D

you can do that as private sell.... i did that sometimes.... better if you send it to bremenhfn... u only need to pay tax in germany which bit lower and they will not complain or check real price in the market... and you will get germany register for 1 month around 300euro.... so, next depend on you, if you gonna change register to polish after 1 month...you need to pay next tax in poland,plat register, and other payment for 500zl(forgot abt that)... i have my agent to do that..so i have it ready... im forget howmuch, need to refresh my memories ^_^

but it also depend how much price of your car...(but you can playing with that, maybe put machine need attention etc)..

no, i thought same like you said, maybe his behaviour because not enough salary.... so i increase his salary.... but for sometimes he worked OK, but... soon after.. his behaviour is repeat again.... so, i though maybe this is his nature.....

so,what abt pick up komurka?? is it normal? or if i make rule, his mobile should off while time for work, is it normal here? coz in my country it's normal...

till today still not working. this person in office who exactly work there, she doesn't has enough knowledge regardless her position in this office... i read the rule she gave, i made translation.. they are 3 points person who able to run bussiness in Poland 1. regardless EU and Poles(which not me) 2. person who has polish ID and part of Poles family, they will be able to run bussiness(i include here). 3. foreigner(you need to have join adventure, with poles). and on point 3, her (woman who work in this office)understanding that join trade is between my country and Poland or other country EU(but state clear that "join" in this rule, about join bussiness with Poles/ cooperation NOT between country). that what she asked me to get from my embassy, which make my consul laughing... he doesn't need to give anything, or state anything, because if embassy in Poland it mean they have cooperation.... HUge cooperation... JUST STUPID... anyway, you can not argue with somebody here, even they knew they are wrong they will keep saying they are right.... some experiences...

they ask me to get paper from my embassy which showing we have official cooperation either with poland or can be other EU. my understanding , if there is Embassy it means they have cooperation ... but i don't know, i can't see any relation between..if i got trouble i have to fix my self, not my Embassy or other people...
