Food / what kind of sauce should I make for my gołąbki? [63]
My grandmother used to make them 2 ways. sometime with the tomatoes based sauce and sometimes with a mushroom gravy. She made it from scratch but it was like Cream of Mushroom soup but darker in color.

The name golabki means "little dove" not exactly pigeon because they look about the size of a little dove all curled up.
