Nope, can't say I have. It'd be completely pointless, to go out with a guy, merely because I feel sorry for him.

Hold on.

It's not real charity. Unfortunately I suspect that they do it for the wrong reasons. Mostly bad taste in men, low self esteem, first come first served attitude, loose behaviour etc.

What is going on in your minds?....why do so many Polish girls go out with ordinary (I'm talking about the whole package here) or below ordinary guys when they can clearly do much better and have opportunities to do better?

I'd call it a defeat of natural selection))

Plus Polish girls will keep their mediocre loser boyfriends as emotional safety nets .. while sleeping around with all sort of other guys.

Some Polish guys are cool, some are very ordinary. But that's in Poland. Outside Poland, southern, Luke and others, including even Shelley, would say that far too many of them go for 'crap guys' from all kinds of places.

Agreed. I have cool Polish guy friends and they are very selective in what kind of girl they go for. The problem of charity work is most acute abroad.

But, let me introduce a new insight here. Before settling for a loser (as they always do in the end), some Polish girls may aim higher and, believe it or not, go for a big catch: one of the a cool guys :-0

Of course all that they expect form this guy is that he treats them like dirt, use and abuse them. Pretty much following some scr*wed up recurring female themes: "he is so bad to me but .. I .. love .. him .. so .. much" sob sob.

Now while such guy will naturally look down on a low value Polish girl, he will end up taking pity in her, maybe even developing some sentiment out of hardcore steamy nighttime bed sessions. However, the demands for mistreatment always take a tool on the guy, and in the end the relationship is very short lived.

What happens next is that the Polish girl will go straight back into mercy dating))

Anyone on my same wavelength on this one?
