Actually Americans thınk that they are quite likeable and that everyone likes their products.

That is probably the most ignorant stereotype / generalization I have read so far, though I'm sure there are worse. It just shows how very little you actually know.

It might be hard, but not impossible. Jobs nowadays can be hard to come by on short notice.
