UK, Ireland / Modern Plantation for Poles in Ireland [352]

Maybe its just a few nutters that are asking for it :).
You seem to be very passionate about keeping your country the way it is, do you have any political parties that represent your views?

Yes, they set up a campaign. As I said, its a plantation.

I know people have there rights and all that but if thats true i think thats quite disrespecful.
I wonder why they want that.

UK, Ireland / England, Dirty, Expensive and a dangerous place to live? [205]

I have to say one last thing before I leave this forum. This person speaks through her a..., just look at this quote and make your own opinion! Nothing to do with being over-committed before they took out a mortgage then ShelleyS!

Infact i would say shes speaks alot of truth, iam of course talking from experience and your obviously not.

You should be carefull not to moan wroclaw boy, you might be called racist for calling them racist asians :-/.
Nice to see your in touch with things shelleys, i only have 1 child but came from a family of 3 and i only managed to get on the property ladder because i saved nearly everything i earnt for 6 years.

In UK you can easily survive even on £600 a month

That wouldnt even cover my mortgage payment.

UK, Ireland / England, Dirty, Expensive and a dangerous place to live? [205]

I think the uk as a whole has become a dirty, expensive and dangerous place to live.
It saddens me to look at the changes that have happened because i cant think of many that are good, rubbish seems to be everywhere you goes these days regardless of how remote the area may be, work seems to be the only thing thats matters as you cant afford to have a family life because of the price of everyday living (number 1 being housing, my own house would now cost me 8 times what me and my wife earn) and wages only ever march southwards which pushes you to spend more time at work.

I love my country but i wish i could kick everyone off and start again.

UK, Ireland / Polish Spitfire shoots down BNP [63]

How i knew you would play it down.
I choose to not just to believe it but accept it because there is no other choice, facts are facts and only a fool would bury their head in the sand and choose to ignore them.

I know what your thinking ukpolska and i can assure you your way off the mark, i have some very good polish friends where i work, my wife is 1/2 german and i fully realise that immigrant workers are part of a healthy economy which is something i have NO issues with at all but i do know along with 99% of people that immigration has to be controlled.

Iam not looking for trouble, look back and you will see iam just responding to what has already been written.

and do you remember 'UK' a sad little Asian immigrant who hated Poles, it doesn't take long to work out what their motives are

As your only wish is to provide a bias, unrealistic opinion on the subject while your friends remove my honest and harmless post then i shall leave you with one very interesting website to mull over.

And before you go and discredit it or try and convince others on here its bias or racist i would like to point out the fact that it is used by the UK government as an independent source on immigration, migrationwatchuk.com/briefingPaper/document/32 this particular page would be the best place for you to start polskauk.

Lets see if the facts make any difference to the way you think or if your opinions remain the same.

Here say my friend is not fact,

Dont try and put words in my mouth, i mentioned nothing about expecting anything but you go ahead and jump the gun just because i touched a nerve.

I have and continue to contribute more to my nation in tax e.t.c than 99.9% of the individual polish workforce that has moved here in the last 5 years so i would like to turn that question around and ask you what you have done for my country.

Even so charity starts at home so i would much rather my taxes went to someone who is of british origin than someone who is not.

As for the very interesting comments made to me they are not hear say they are first hand which is what i stated, this was the most recent instance that has been presented to me but is not the only instance.

Latvia is part of the EU, so any Latvian who wanted to work outside Latvia would go to the UK and work there where wages are higher

Of course they realise that latvia is part of the EU just like i realise poland is part of the EU but just because someone (government) tells you this is how its is doesnt mean that your happy with it or you accept it as being right.

Thankyou for pointlessly pointing out the official employment law regarding chinese and ukrainian workers, water off a ducks back really because just like in the UK what is meant to happen and what does are two different things.

You're very young aren't you.

Not that young really (27) but thats makes my opinion much more in touch with the modern working man and yours to be some what old fashioned.

Go back to the 70s and you would find people leaving school and claiming benefits rather than getting a job, now people are less unionised, work for private firms and not state owned companies and are more work driven in there life than back then.

I dont want to live on state hand outs if i can do it myself but iam fugged if i would work for peanuts when i would be better of claiming benefits.

I tell you what, i have a short but interesting story.
There are some polish people where i work and one of them was telling me the other day that he understands why british people feel strongly about immigration because the same thing was happening now in poland, just after he finished one of then butted in and started complaining about the latvians, chinese and ukrainian workers coming to poland that are now willing to work for less money that he will.

Need i really go on?.

Good point ironse11, but i can understand why people would stay at home because £10 - £20 is not work working for.
Imagine if the control of migrant workers was better? and they could only be employed in areas that have a true shortage of workers.
Then you wouldnt see wages lowered to the levels we have now and that £10-£20 would be more like £50-£60.

I think its quite obvious they were using the image because it was of a british spitfire.
So you heading isnt quite correct.
All joking asside though, the BNP is getting quite alot of attention at the moment in varying ways and is expected to make progress in the european elections.

How do polish people feel about this and what do you expect would happen if the BNP got the majority vote?.

News / Dealing with constant insults against Polish [323]

Listen my young friend there is no better option for all of this that a good old ar** wooping, just punch who ever says that to you in the face and punch them hard, make it look like you're even crazy, let the know about Slavic brutality, our bad side, they'll s**t their pants. They will have respect for you from a mile away after that, believe me

I doubt thats likely to work penn (unless there a child) and the consequence would almost certainly be dismissal from his job and/or criminal prosecution or even the guy ending up in hospital as if its a group of people they will almost certainly defend each other.

The best thing would be to talk with your company as they have a duty by law to protect you from bullying.
Even so it still surprises me at the amount of people that seem shocked that something like this would happen, at the end of the day your in someone elses country so people are going to find you different and maybe they will hate you for it but thats something you should have realised before you came to the uk to work.
