Maybe you don't mind, most women would, being told "if you got pregnant I'd push you down some stairs because I don't want to be a dad" is pretty damn disrespectful.

When put in context, we were messing around so I didn't find it disrespectful at all.
In another context, maybe I would have taken it more seriously.
I know he's not going to push me down some stairs, it's just his weird way of speaking.

To the poster of this thread, listen, do what you feel is right for you. I used to say
I would never kill my baby and such and such. But when I was faced with the situation
for real, it was the hardest thing for me. The cons of having the baby outweighed the pros by far and so I made my decision. It wasn't easy but all I can say is think it through and do what is indeed best for you, for the present and for the future.

Really? How so? What minorities? Asians? North east Asians have a rich historical and cultural heritage spanning thousands of years. Black Americans have no unique language or traditions. Black history is a speck on the time line. Aside from fried chicken, water melon, grits, hip hop, I see no real culture. Nothing unique anyway. Just remnants of European culture that you guys molested and called "black".

"no culture" because they lost it all when "your white ancestors" decided to
ship them in mass from the places they call home. Do you realize that most
black americans are from Africa? That said I hope you understand that white
americans indeed have no culture either. I think a lot of people will agree with
me that AMERICA IN GENERAL HAS NO CULTURE because it is no man's land.

I disagree with the above quote.. I think that the people in Poland would appriciate a little gangsta rap. A little hip hop would go a long way too. A little demonstration of break dancing should wow them too.

PurpleLeo, you seem to be a really nice person. It's understandable to write "ghetto", or abreviations, on a mobile, but when space isn't a premium it comes across as laziness. Take that as it's meant: positive criticism. Enjoy your life in Poland.

Alright! It's just no one's ever complained about it before so I was
a little shocked by all the negative reaction. It's all good though
because I've been typing in full ever since. Lesson learnt! :)

Tv dosnt usually show this becuase uk media and government is on liberalism sides and blacks sides, so i dont think you have any idea, its not south usa, blacks get all the attention as supposed victims

So you agree with me then. That it's not the traits that makes the person who they are but their character. But what PennBoy is clearly stating is that these blond hair and blue eyed people are superior to black people because it is a "downgrade" to find that in the Polish history books, a formerly blond hair and blue eyed "race" has become relatively black due to interracial mixing. Correct me if I'm wrong please PennBoy...

I'm black too, ma ex was Lithuanian and now I'm with
a Pole and that's jus ma preference.
I love the way the languages sound. Some may find french or spanish
or Italian sexy. I find Slavic languages sexy! hehe...

yeah great adition to a Polish history book our ancestors were native European blond haired blue eyed Slavs and now were blacks, what an upgrade, not!!!

I'm actually very excited about goin to Poland. Got ma ticket,
learning to speak Polski, getting accustomed to Polish food...
hehehe.... I was a lil' shaken up after that lady's negative reaction
but s'all good. I'm ok now...gunno go there with an open mind
and have loads of fun!

Btw. don't take this as hostility, but your asking where Kalisz is may be a sign of a problem to be corrected. I'd say it would be considered polite to do your homework about where you are going. Your interest in the new place may help break the ice and ensure friendlier acceptance.

I know. I intend to do some research before I go.
Besides it's not like I don't know anything
about Kalisz. My boyfriend tells me about it everyday lol!
I just didn't remember what region it was in even though I have
read about it before.

I'm going to Kalisz....to be honest I don't know what region
it's in. It's probably more of a good thing than a negative that
I got that reaction from that lady before going to Poland
so that whatever happens won't shock me too much.
I'll try not to take everything to heart and I hope I enjoy my
stay there.

being that. That's just ma manner of typing when on the net
