I live in a flat built in the communist times. The corners lack 90º and the walls have that nice "unfinished poured cement" texture. The linoleum floor has holes in it to reveal the concrete beneath and it generally disintegrating. Plus, the circuitry is less than stable.

But I do have a new fridge!

Places in Warsaw, especially in Ursynow (where' they're throwing up blocks left and right) are high too. But these are new, quality apartments and are much roomier and up to western standards.

Life / IS THERE NFL PROGRAMS IN POLAND [60]

I miss the NFL as well (and baseball too!) I'm pretty bored by soccer, but handball can be pretty interesting. I'm sure the Super Bowl will be broadcast on SOME channel.

By the way, make sure you conjugate the verb "to be" correctly. (i.e. Are there NFL programs in Poland.)

Well, on one hand, the NFL is fast-paced, exciting, and entertaining; on the other, soccer is pretty much like watching old people bang (there's technically action, but not really.)
