Travel / Christmas Markets in Rynek / Old Town Squares? [8]

Can anyone tell me if any cities besides Warsaw & Krakow have Christmas markets in the Rynek or Old Town Squares? I love the one in Krakow & the one in Warsaw this year is very nice. I have family visiting over the holidays & we wanted to see some other cities - Gdansk, Torun, Wroclaw......any thoughts?

I was wondering if there is good fishing in some of Poland's rivers. A friend told me the San River is good, but he had no idea how to go about getting a fishing license.
