Food / need recipe for a smoked little ham [3]

Hi all hubby was at the polish deli.He brought home a small little whole like ham...almost reminds me of canadian bacon.Not sure what to do with it!Thanks

Genealogy / Help with the name "Littman". [4]

I dont know to much about my polish side of the family as my mom divorced after 2 yrs.The last name is Littman which to me sounds jewish!My mom said no that theyre roman catholic.I have a hard time understanding such an unusual last name!My mom is 100% slovak and the customs and cooking is quite similar.I look forward to ivestigating this site theres alot to see!Deb
