Life / Last Will and Testament - need to arrange in Poland [4]

Hi, Englishgirl, to visit a notary would be the best way and not too much expensive ( average - 50 PLN, more complicated - 150 PLN ). Other way you can make a mistake so the last will of your relative will be invalid.

Good luck.

Law / I want to move my bussines to Poland [13]

I suppose, good move. You need honest partner or better tax office, some of them should have enough experience how to settled business like yours. So they say if u have money and your partner experience, in pair of years he will have money and you'll get experience.

More seriously, if you want to start polish Ltd, u need capital no less then 50.000,00 PLN. Of course this money u can spend for all business purposes necessarily for your trade ( rent the place, advertising, telephone, internet and so on ) .

So good luck.

Work / Teaching English without a degree and any experience in Poland. [14]

I can't help u now, but try to ask English Schools in Poland directly. You should ask about everything u want to know: bachelor's degree necessity, money for teaching ( especially after they paid taxes ), of course u can get private lessons after teaching in School or beside this. Good luck.

EU citizen you need to be registered minimum 4 years in Poland to be allowed to own a second property

You are right, polish bill said "2a.

Excuse my for this just polish text above, work for your wife ? It means you need no permission for buying the house, even you buy first one not second house. Bill says house not flat.

Real Estate / House ownership as a EU citizen [4]

Hi, Sobieski, according to your questions:
1, 2 and 3. New Gmina can't refuse take maldunek / pobyt na stałe , but you have to finish your house first, and register that to office ( probable, I suppose : Powiatowy Inspektor Nadzoru Budowalnego Powiatu Warszawskiego Zachodniego - zawiadomienie o zakończeniu budowy ), next you have to get from Urząd Gminy £omianki, number of your house ( numer porządkowy ) ?. By this time the address of your house does not exist, so you can’t get maldunek on this address.

My advice, try get the answer of Gmina £omianki Office , if you could take number before you have finish house, and meldunek when you have only this number without registering the end of house building.

Best regards from Legionowo.

Work / Is there jobs for a beauty therapist in Poland? [28]

The only thing that is hard in Poland are formalities: loads of stupid formalities to set up even a little business and high taxes you need to pay when you employ someone.

It would be no problem when you hire someone to do this for you. There are many tax offices, some use to get foreign costumers, and fee is not very high. But the risk for doing bussiness over here is of course much bigger for someone who know nothing about local polish habits, especially you just English speaker.
