Hey Gab,
Not using my son for that matter. Read my question carefully before pointing your finger. Because of my son I just wanted to be in EU otherwise I am here in USA where I am living better.

Work / Access to Live in Poland to raise my son [13]
I an African am married to a polish and have a son with polish citizenship. after a 2 years being together with my wife ,we have decided to live separately and proceed divorce sometimes by Feb 2009. my question is shall I have an access to live and work in Poland if I apply for a divorce ?
My biggest headache is to raise my beloved son together with my wife so that I need an access to live and work, how can I proceed that being out of Poland or is it a must for me to go there and do it?
on 2007 I had a live and work access but I moved to Africa after just 6 months stay.
am illegible to apply for that once again ?
