speaking from experience on this subject, as i was in a similiar situation earlier with my now "polish girlfriend" but to be honest women are women, polish, irish, germany whatever (no disrespect girls :) ) but they all respond to confidence {not arrogance.... be nice but confident}

everyone agrees she likes you and i think you know this

so be straight with her.

tell her how you feel...... if she says yes great

if she says no at least you know the truth........ and who needs more friends lol
